Each event typically runs for 233 hours and features three interactive stations: a full on-site health checkup by an external medical partner, a fitness challenge such as a group workout or smoothie bike activity, and a wellness seminar focused on a selected topic that inspires both awareness and action..

I received my yoga teacher certification from the birthplace of yoga (Rishikesh, India) and have been teaching for over 10 years.
